1. Terms and Conditions

Szwed Reinforcement Systems Ltd provides reinforced concrete, rebar installation, formwork preparation, and associated structural support services across commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects.
1.2 Quotations and Estimates
All quotations are provided based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Costs may vary depending on site conditions, design revisions, or additional requirements. Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
1.3 Project Execution
Work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, safety regulations, and client specifications. Clients are responsible for providing clear site access, utilities, and necessary documentation before commencement.
1.4 Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon project milestones or completion. Payments must be made within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
1.5 Health & Safety
All employees and subcontractors operate under current UK Health and Safety legislation. Szwed Reinforcement Systems Ltd adheres to Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and site-specific safety protocols.
1.6 Liability and Warranties
All workmanship is guaranteed to a professional standard. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works. We do not accept liability for delays or damage resulting from force majeure, third-party actions, or unforeseen site conditions.
1.7 Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in writing if obligations are breached and not remedied within 14 days. Szwed Reinforcement Systems Ltd reserves the right to withdraw services in cases of non-payment or unsafe conditions.
1.8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
